APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Omni Market Tide Limited ( Company or OMT , ASX: OMT), is pleased to announce that Mr Paul Cochrane has been appointed to the positions of Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer for the Company effective today. Paul’s appointment follows the resignation of Stephen Kelly from those roles to pursue other opportunities.

Paul is a financial and commercial executive with over 25 years of experience in blue chip organisations. He has a wealth of senior financial experience having served as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for ASX listed entities including Affinity Education Group, Devine Limited and Ariadne Australia. Paul was also deputy to the Chief Financial Officer for Aveo Ltd prior to which he spent 9 years working with PWC in Brisbane, London and Hong Kong.
