OF THE 2017 REGISTRATION DOCUMENT

Imerys filed with Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on March 20, 2018, its 2017 Registration Document in French, including the Annual Financial Report, and the report of the Board of Directors on Corporate Governance.

The 2017 Registration Document is available to the public free of charge under the conditions provided by applicable regulations and may be consulted, in French and in English, on the Group's website www.imerys.com from its home page, section Annual Documents. It is also available on the AMF's website (www.amf-france.org).
