Implementation of a liquidity contract

As of today, IMERYS has entrusted Rothschild & Cie Banque with the implementation of a liquidity contract for its ordinary shares for a one-year period, renewable by tacit agreement. This contract complies with the AMAFI Code of conduct approved by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers on March 21, 2011.

For the implementation of this contract, an amount of €14,000,000 has been allocated to the liquidity account.
