Filing of the 2022 Universal Registration Document

Imerys (the "Company") filed on March 22, 2023 with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (the "AMF"), its 2022 Universal Registration Document including:

• the annual financial report,
• the management report, including the report of the Board of Directors on corporate governance,
• the draft agenda and draft resolutions which will be submitted to the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' General Meeting to be held on May, 10 2023,
• the description of the Company's buyback program of its own shares, as well as
• any information required pursuant to the reporting obligations set forth in the prospectus dated May 11, 2021 relating to the Sustainability-Linked Bond issue for a principal amount of euros 300 million, due on July 15, 2031 and bearing an annual coupon of 1%.

The 2022 Universal Registration Document is available to the public free of charge under the conditions provided by applicable regulations and may be consulted on the Group's website www.imerys.com. It is also available on the AMF's website (www.amf-france.org).

In accordance with applicable regulations, the annual financial report filed with the AMF was prepared in French in ESEF format (European Single Electronic Format). The version available on the Group's website is its unchanged reproduction in PDF format.
