ORDINARY & EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' GENERAL MEETING OF MAY 4, 2018

The Annual Shareholders' General Meeting of Imerys will be held on Friday, May 4, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Shangri-La Hôtel Paris, 10 avenue d'Iéna, 75116 Paris (France).

Preliminary notice was published today in BALO (in French only). It includes the agenda of this Shareholders' General Meeting, the drafts of resolution that will be submitted to the shareholders' vote, as well as the conditions to participate and vote to the Meeting.
