ORDINARY & EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' GENERAL MEETING ON APRIL 29, 2010

Imerys' Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday, April 29, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in Pavillon Gabriel (5 avenue Gabriel – 75008 Paris - France).

Notice of meeting was published in BALO today. It includes the agenda of the General Meeting, the drafts of resolution that will be submitted to the shareholders'vote, as well as the main conditions to participate and vote to the Meeting.
