As disclosed in IMDEX's announcement dated 19 January 2023 and the accompanying Investor Presentation (refer slide 7), additional key Devico management personal (KMP) reinvestment shares were to vest for Devico KMPs subject to the satisfaction of time based and performance based conditions contained in reinvestment agreements between IMDEX and certain Devico KMPs. Following completion of the relevant performance period and final assessment of performance criteria, IMDEX confirms that the applicable Devico KMPs have met those criteria and that the associated awards have vested. IMDEX is therefore issuing KMP reinvestment shares to those Devico KMPs. The shares to be issued have been acquired by IMDEX on market and will be allocated in accordance with the Devico transaction arrangements.
