TRADING HALT

The securities of Imdex Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday 20 August, 2015 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Imdex Limited ACN 008 947 813 – request for trading halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Imdex Limited (Company) requests a trading halt of its securities from ASX.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information regarding this request:

1. The trading halt is being requested pending an announcement by the Company in relation to a proposed capital raising.

2. The Company requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of commencement of trading on Thursday, 20 August 2015 or when the announcement referred to in paragraph 1 is released to the market.

3. The event which will end the trading halt is the announcement referred to in paragraph 1.

4. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
