Imdex Limited ACN 008 947 813 – request for voluntary suspension

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Imdex Limited ( Company ) requests a voluntary suspension of its securities from ASX commencing Thursday, 20 August 2015.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information regarding this request:

1. The reason for the voluntary suspension is that the Company intends to make an announcement in relation to a proposed capital raising.

2. The Company requests that the voluntary suspension continue until the announcement referred to in paragraph 1 is released to the market (presently expected to occur on Friday, 21 August 2015).

3. The event which will end the voluntary suspension is the announcement referred to in paragraph 1.

4. The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
