The Board of Imdex Limited ( Imdex or Company , ASX: IMD) refers to the General Meeting to be held on 24 September 2015 in connection with the placement ( Placement ) and SPP.

Shareholders should now have received a copy of the Notice of Meeting and proxy form. The Company encourages all eligible shareholders to vote in favour of the resolutions, including the approval of Tranche 2 of the Placement which is unanimously recommended by the Directors.
