Director Resignation
Imdex Limited (Imdex) today advises of Mr Magnus Lemmel’s decision to retire from his position as a Non Executive Director of the Company effective 30 June 2015. Mr Lemmel, who was appointed to Imdex’s Board in October 2006 and resides in Europe wishes to reduce his work and travel commitments.
The Company will seek to make an appointment of a replacement non-executive director to coincide with Mr Lemmel’s retirement
