Arjan Kaaks appointed as member of IMCD Supervisory Board

ROTTERDAM, The Netherlands (10 February 2015) - IMCD N.V. announces that Mr. Arjan Kaaks has been appointed as member of the Supervisory Board of IMCD N.V. at the Extraordinary General Meeting of IMCD N.V. held on 10 February 2015. The appointment is made with immediate effect and for a term expiring at the Annual General Meeting of 2018. Arjan Kaaks will act as vice-chairman of the Supervisory Board and chairman of the Audit Committee. Arjan Kaaks (Dutch nationality, age 48) currently serves as CFO and member of the Executive Board of Maxeda DIY Group B.V., as member of the supervisory board of Red Star Holding B.V. and as chairman of the Curatorium Nyenrode EMFC. Before taking his position with Maxeda he held various CFO and senior financial management positions within companies such as Grolsch and Unilever.
