Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nomination

Imagion Biosystems (ASX: IBX) ( Company or Imagion ), is dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes through early and more accurate detection of cancers utilising its proprietary MagSense® imaging technology, gives notice in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 that its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 26 May 2026.

Imagion also advises that, in accordance with Rule 15.4 of its Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nomination from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director of the Company at the 2026 AGM is 5pm AEST on Tuesday, 14 April 2026. Valid nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office in Melbourne, Victoria, no later than that time and date.

Imagion’s Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form for the 2026 AGM will be released to the ASX and communicated to Shareholders in due course in accordance with statutory timeframes.
