("Image Scan" or the "Company")

Granting of Share Options

Image Scan (AIM: IGE) announces it has granted options to subscribe for 3,650,000 new ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") ("Options").  The Options have been granted to certain of the Company's executive directors and staff under the Image Scan Enterprise Management Incentives Share Option Plan. 

The Options have an exercise price of 2 pence, a three year vesting period and expire on the tenth anniversary of the date of the grant.

The Options granted include the following in respect of directors of the Company:

Bill Mawer	1,000,000	-	1,500,000
Vince Deery	1,000,000	300,000	-

Following the grant of the Options, the total number of options outstanding over Ordinary Shares is 5,414,000 equivalent to 4.7% of the Company's existing issued share capital.
