Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

Image Scan announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2019 have today been posted to shareholders and is available on the Company's website www.ish.co.uk

The Company's AGM will be held on Tuesday 25th February 2020 at 1:30 pm at the registered offices of 16 -18 Hayhill Industrial Estate, Sileby Road, Barrow-upon-Soar, Leicestershire, LE12 8LD, followed by a demonstration of the Group's product range.
