Image Scan announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2022 have today been posted to shareholders and is available on the Company's website www.ish.co.uk

The Company's AGM will be held on Tuesday 28 February 2023 at 1:30 pm at the registered offices of 16 -18 Hayhill Industrial Estate, Sileby Road, Barrow-upon-Soar, Leicestershire, LE12 8LD.

The AGM will also be broadcast via the Investor Meet Company platform which is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
