Notice of General Meeting

Image Scan (AIM:IGE), the specialist supplier of X-ray screening systems to the security and industrial inspection markets, announces that the Adjourned General Meeting has been rescheduled to be held at 10.30 am on 4 September 2018  at the offices of Cantor Fitzgerald Europe, One Churchill Place, Canary Wharf, London E14 5RB.

Shareholders who have submitted forms of proxy for the General Meeting but who wish to change their voting instructions may do so by resubmitting a proxy form which is available from the Company's website www.ish.co.uk. Proxy forms will be accepted for the Adjourned General Meeting up until Friday 31 August and should be returned to Neville Registrars Limited, Neville House, Steelpark Road, Halesowen B62 8HD to arrive by 10.30am.

Shareholders who have already submitted forms of proxy for the General Meeting and who do not wish to change their voting instructions will not need to take any further action.
