DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN ALLOCATION PRICE

On 17 March 2021, Image Resources NL (ASX: IMA) (“Image” or “the Company”) announced that the Board had determined to pay an unfranked dividend of A$0.02 per share with a Record Date of 20 April 2021, payable on 29 April 2021. On the same date, the Company also announced the introduction of a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (“DRP” or the “Plan”) allowing eligible shareholders the option to reinvest either all or part of their dividend payment into additional fully paid IMA shares. In line with the Plan guidelines, the allocation price has been determined for the IMA shares to be provided under the DRP.

The allocation price for shares to be issued to eligible shareholders who opt to participate in the DRP for the 2020 dividend is $0.172.

The allocation price has been calculated in accordance with the Plan rules as the average of the daily volume weighted average market price of all IMA shares traded on the Australian Securities Exchange during the period of 10 trading days commencing on 17 March 2021, discounted by 5%.

Shares are expected to be issued to participants on or about 29 April 2021.

Details on eligibility and registration were provided to shareholders and are available on Image’s website at www.imageres.com.au. A summary is provided below.

In order to participate in the DRP for the 2020 dividend, eligible shareholders need to ensure their DRP participation form is received by our share registry, Automic (as per instructions on the form), or an online election is made via the Automic Investor Portal, by no later than 5pm (WST) on 21 April 2021.

Shareholders who have yet to provide bank details and/or wish to lodge an election with respect to the DRP are encouraged to login to the Automic Investor Portal to update their information or, alternatively, to complete the form provided with the DRP documentation and return it to the address provided in time to meet the DRP election deadline of 21 April 2021.

Shareholders can update their details through the Automic Investor portal as follows:

• Go to: investor.automic.com.au

• If you're an existing user, log in with your username and password

• If you're a new user, click on "register", select "Image Resources NL". Enter your Holding Number and postcode for the address on your holding. If your address is outside Australia, you'll need to change the country. Follow the prompts to set up your username and password.
