Retirement of Mr Jeff Williams as Non-Executive Director
Image Resources NL (ASX: IMA) ( Image or the Company ) announces the retirement of Mr Jeff Williams as a Non-Executive Director to take up executive roles in other resources companies.
The Board wishes to record its thanks for Mr Williams’ guidance and input into the affairs of the Company since his appointment. His understanding of the technical aspects of the Image’s proposed operations and the commercial implications of its development path has been an invaluable resource. Mr Williams’ knowledge of the commodity market the Company intends to enter has been highly enlightening when reviewing the various process flow sheets and potential secondhand plants.
His knowledge and enthusiasm will be hard to replace and the Board wish him well in his future endeavours.
