UPDATE ON BINDING AGREEMENT WITH MURRAY ZIRCON AND ORIENT ZIRCONIC

SHAREHOLDER MEETING DATE

Image Resources NL (“Image” or “the Company”) (ASX: IMA ) is pleased to advise that the meeting materials relating to the shareholder meeting, being convened to consider the transaction between the Company and Murray Zircon Pty Ltd and its parent, Guangdong Orient Zirconic Ind Sci & Tech Co., Ltd, have now been finalised following regulatory review.

The process is now moving to printing and despatch, anticipated late this week with the shareholder meeting scheduled for 12 May 2016.

Shareholders will receive the Notice of Meeting and supporting documents including Explanatory Memorandum and Independent Expert’s Report via Australia Post with a copy of the complete package of meeting materials to be posted on the ASX Announcements Platform on the day of despatch.
