SHAREHOLDERS APPROVE MURRAY ZIRCON AND ORIENT ZIRCONIC TRANSACTION

Image Resources NL (“Image” or “the Company”) (ASX: IMA ) is pleased to advise that shareholders approved the transaction between the Company and Murray Zircon Pty Ltd and its parent, Guangdong Orient Zirconic Ind Sci & Tech Co., Ltd.

Completion of the transaction is anticipated to be 25 May 2016.

As contemplated, Mr John Jones retired from the Company at the conclusion of the General Meeting held today. The Board thanks Mr Jones for his contribution and wishes him well with his futures endeavours.
