Board$of$Directors$–$Changes$to$responsibilities

Image$Resources$NL$(ASX:$IMA)$is$pleased$to$advise$of$certain$changes$to$responsibilities$ involving$its$Board$of$Directors.$

Mr$ Peter$ Thomas$ has$ stepped$ aside$ as$ Chairman$ in$ favour$ of$ recently$ appointed$ nonK executive$Director,$Mr$Jon$O'Callaghan.$

Mr$Peter$Davies$has$been$moved$from$Managing$Director$to$Project$Manager.$Given$the$ critical$juncture$in$Image's$development$path,$the$Board$believes$Mr$Davies$skill$set$is$best$ directed$ towards$ completing$ the$ outstanding$ technical$ and$ other$ studies$ for$ the$ North$ Perth$Basin$Mineral$Sands$Project,$rather$than$being$distracted$by$the$financial,$corporate$ and$commercial$aspects$of$his$former$role.$These$outstanding$studies$are$expected$to$be$ completed$by$Q4$2014$and,$accordingly,$Mr$Davies$has$been$retained$as$Project$Manager$ for$at$least$six$months.$

Both$Mr$Thomas$and$Mr$Davies$remain$as$Directors.$

The$Board$thanks$both$gentlemen$for$their$efforts.$

Mr$ O'Callaghan,$ in$ addition$ to$ having$ assumed$ the$ role$ of$ Chairman,$ will$ act$ as$ interim$ Managing$Director.$

The$search$for$a$person$to$fulfil$the$role$of$Chief$Executive$or$Managing$Director$on$a$full$ time$basis$has$commenced.$

This$is$the$announcement$intended$to$lift$the$halt$in$trading$of$the$Company’s$securities.$
