Please find attached amended Appendix 3X Initial Director’s Interest Notice for Mr Jon O’Callaghan of Image Resources NL (the Company ).

The Company notes the Appendix 3X for Mr O’Callaghan advises of an interest in the Company’s securities which has not previously been disclosed due to an inconseqential holding of minor value previously overlooked in his broarder share portfolio.

The Company believes it has adequate arrangements in place which include processes to inform the Company’s directors of their obligations to advise the Company of security trading activity and acknowledgements from directors of their obligations in relation to those matters.

The Company does not believe the current arrangements to be inadequate.
