Resignation of Director

Image Resources NL (ASX: IMA) announces the resignation of Mr Peter Davies as a Director.

The Board acknowledges Mr Davies’ tireless endeavour to bring the North Perth Basin project into production. Mr Davies has been retained for the time being to facilitate a seamless handover to the Board and the Company’s COO, Mr Collis Thorp.
