RECONVENING OF GENERAL MEETING

The Company advises that the General Meeting held on Friday 20 June 2014 was adjourned for the taking of a poll on all resolutions to enable the results of the poll to be determined.

The adjourned General Meeting of Image Resources NL will be resumed at the Celtic Club 48 Ord Street, West Perth at 11.00 am on Tuesday 24 June 2014.

The business of the Adjourned General Meeting will be to receive the results of the poll conducted on the resolutions considered by Shareholders prior to adjournment of the General Meeting on 20 June 2014.
