Resignation of Director

Image Resources NL (ASX: IMA) announces the resignation of interim MD Mr Jon O’Callaghan as a Director.

The Board thanks Mr O’Callaghan for his significant effort contributed during the recent transition to the new board and new management. He leaves the Company on a solid financial footing following the recently completed placement. The board wishes him well in all future endeavours.

Mr Collis Thorp will continue in his role as Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for the day to day activities of the Company reporting to the Board.
