Withdrawal of Resolution 8 from 2014 Annual General Meeting

Image Resources NL (ASX: IMA) advises that the Board has resolved that Resolution 8 (Amendment to the Company's Constitution) will not be put to shareholders at the Company’s Annual General Meeting being held on 28 November 2014.

The withdrawal of the resolution has no effect on the other resolutions. All other resolutions included in the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be put to shareholders at the meeting.
