REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION – IMAGE RESOURCES NL

Image Resources NL (ASX: IMA) requests trading in its securities be placed in voluntary suspension pending the release of an announcement in relation to a material capital raising.

The Company requests the voluntary suspension end on 16 March 2018 or when the anticipated announcement referred to above is released to the market.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted, nor of any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
