SHARE PLACEMENT
Image Resources NL (Image or the Company) (ASX: IMA) is pleased to announce that it has received applications for 23.5 million Image shares at $0.08 each totalling $1.88 million (before costs). The applications have been received from number of sophisticated and institutional investors.
The funds raised will strengthen Image’s financial position and provide additional working capital allowing the Company to complete the legal documentation and approvals in relation to the transaction contemplated under the Memorandum of Understanding between the Company, Murray Zircon and its parent, Guangdong Orient Zirconic Ind Sci & Tech., Ltd. The company will also be continuing exploration work and some technical studies, mainly at Boonanarring.
This is the announcement intended to lift the suspension in trading of the Company’s securities.
