SHARE PLACEMENT

Image Resources NL (ASX: IMA ) is pleased to advise that it has completed a share Placement to sophisticated and professional investors of 3,769,230 shares at $0.13 each to raise $490,000 ( Placement ). The Placement was completed under the Company’s 15% placement capacity pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 7.1.

The capital raised by the Placement will be used to develop the Company’s projects and for working capital.

Appendix 3B and notice under section 708A of the Corporations Act will follow this announcement.
