CHANGE OF AUDITOR

Dear Sir

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.3, Image Resources NL (ASX: IMA) (“Image” or “the Company”) announces that with effect from today, 4 August 2016, Greenwich & Co Audit Pty Ltd (‘Greenwich’) has been appointed as auditor for the Company.

This appointment follows the resignation of Somes Cooke, and ASIC’s consent to the resignation in accordance with s329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 .

In accordance with s327C of the Corporations Act 2001 , the appointment of Greenwich as auditor of the Company and its controlled entities will be recommended by the Board for ratification at the Company’s next annual general meeting.

The change of auditor was made following legal restructurings of the previous audit firm.
