of Requisition of a Meeting of Members**

Image Resources NL (ASX: IMA) advises that it has received a notice requesting the directors call a general meeting of shareholders pursuant to Section 249D of the Corporations Act.

The request was received from shareholders who hold 10.97% of the issued share capital and seeks resolutions for the removal of Mr Peter Thomas as a director and the appointment of Mr Ben Donovan as a director.

The Board is seeking advice regarding the validity of the notice and will advise the market in due course.
