Withdrawal of Notice of Requisition of a Meeting of Members and Replacement Notice

Image Resources NL (ASX: IMA) advises the notice referred to in the Company’s ASX announcement released on 14 April 2014, requesting the directors call a general meeting of shareholders pursuant to Section 249D of the Corporations Act, has been withdrawn.

The Company has received a replacement request seeking resolutions for the removal of Messrs. Thomas, Sakalidis and O’Callaghan as directors and the appointment of Messrs. Donovan and Fletcher as directors.

The Board is seeking advice regarding the validity of the notice and will advise the market in due course.
