AGM DATE AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
Image Resources NL (ASX: IMA) ( Image or the Company ) advises, in accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.1, that its annual general meeting will be held on Tuesday, 30 May 2023.
An item of business at the meeting will be the re-election of directors. In accordance with clause 13.4(c) of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date and time for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is not later than 5:00pm (AWST) on Thursday, 6 April 2023.
