ASG Signs Iluka for Long Term Agreement

ASG Group Limited today announced that it has signed a three year agreement with Iluka Resources Limited for the provision of outsourcing services to support the client's information technology throughout Australia. The base value of this agreement is \$4.5 million over the three year period.

The services to be provided include server management, database support, desktop support, help desk, remote site support, network management including microwave and radio links, and full data centre services.

ASG Chief Executive, Geoff Lewis said that this contract represents an important milestone in our relationship with this client. "Iluka is a long standing and valued client of ASG, but this is the first long term multi-vear agreement that we have signed with them" Mr Lewis said "Our strategic priority is to establish such relationships with large and influential clients and promises valuable benefits for both ASG and the client. Obviously, ASG benefits from reliability of revenue, but long-term relationships improve our ability to fully define and address client needs. The client will achieve significant gains from efficiencies through consistent resource allocation and will share in the cost benefits of a long term structured arrangement."
