NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF EXTERNAL AUDITOR
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.3, Iluka Resources Limited ( Iluka ) advises of a change of external auditor from PricewaterhouseCoopers ( PwC ) to KPMG, to take effect from the close of Iluka’s 2024 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ).
The appointment is subject to shareholder approval of KPMG’s appointment at the AGM and the resignation of PwC with the consent of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
PwC had been Iluka’s auditor since 1991. Following completion of a tender process, and given PwC’s tenure, the Board of Iluka considered it appropriate to replace PwC with KPMG as Iluka’s external auditor.
