CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Iluka Resources Limited ( Iluka ) advises Ms. Sue Wilson has resigned as Company Secretary of Iluka, and Mr. Ben Martin has been appointed Company Secretary of Iluka with immediate effect.
The Board welcomes Ben and takes this opportunity to thank Sue for her dedication and contribution to Iluka during her time as Company Secretary.
Mr. Nigel Tinley continues in the role of Company Secretary jointly with Mr. Ben Martin.
