RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, GAVIN REZOS

Iluka Resources Ltd (Iluka) advises that Gavin Rezos has retired as a non-executive director of Iluka, effective today.

Iluka Chairman, Greg Martin, said: "On behalf of my fellow directors I would like to thank Gavin for his professional and dedicated service to Iluka's shareholders. Gavin has been a director of the company for the past ten years, during a transformative period for the company and the mineral sands industry.
