APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
Iluka Resources Limited is pleased to advise Mr Donald Morley has been appointed as a Director of the Company.
Mr Morley (aged 62) is a Director-elect of Alumina Limited (scheduled to take office on 11 December) and was previously both a Director of WMC Limited and Chief Financial Officer. He retired from WMC in October 2002.
