Subject: Notification of release of treasury shares; /Regulated information/

According to Article 474. of the Capital Market Act, Illirija d.d. Biograd na Moru, Tina Ujevica 7 (hereinafter referred to as: Issuer/Company) submits this notification of release of 4652 treasury shares which shares make for 0,19 % share in the share capital of the Company. The aforementioned treasury shares have been released according to the Share Transfer Agreement, concluded with the Company's employees in compliance with the Decision of the Company's Management Board on allocation of the treasury shares to the Company's employees free of charge as a reward for the business results for the year 2024.

Prior to the release the Company had 17215 treasury shares, which makes for 0,71% of the share in the share capital, whereas afther the release, the Company has a total of 12563 treasury shares, which makes for 0,52% of the share in the share capital of the Company.
