Subject: Notice on an entry of an increase in share capital
In accordance with the provisions of the Capital Market Act, Companies' Act and Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, according to the Decisions taken by the General Shareholders' Assembly of Ilirija d.d. (hereinafter referred to as: Company) held on 26th April 2017, we notify you that the Commercial Court in Zadar has passed the Decision on an entry of an increase in share capital in the court registry. Decision on an increase in share capital in the court registry and entry of the change in the general deed under the business number Tt-17/2120, which Decision was submitted to the Company on 26th May 2017.
According to the above Decision by the Commercial Court in Zadar, the share capital of the Company increased from the present HRK 174,977,880.00 by the amount of HRK 30,168,600.00 to the amount of HRK 205,146,480.00 in a way that the value of each of the total existing 301,686 shares is increased by the nominal amount of HRK 100.00 in a way that after the increase every share has a nominal amount of HRK 680.00.
The provisions of the Articles of Association of the Company have been changed and amended accordingly and relate to the share capital and nominal amount of shares. The full text of the Articles of Association has been delivered to the Commercial Court in Zadar to the register of deeds along with the application for the entry.
