Pursuant to Articles 133 and 135 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Ilirija d.d. Biograd na Moru (hereinafter: the Company) announces that on July 30, 2025, a meeting of the Management Board will be held, at which the unaudited financial statements of the Company for the first six months of 2025 will be considered. The subject report will be published on 30 July 2025.

On July 31, 2025, a meeting of the Company's Supervisory Board will be held, during which the Supervisory Board will review the unaudited financial report and the Company's operations for the first six months of 2025.
