Nakon provedenog povećanja, temeljni kapital Društva iznosi 174.977.880,00 kuna i podijeljen je na 301.686 redovnih dionica na ime, pojedinačnog nominalnog iznosa od po 580,00 kn.
Allianz ZB d.o.o., društvo za upravljanje obveznim mirovinskim fondom sa sjedištem u Zagrebu, za AZ obvezni mirovinski fond kategorije B, OIB:59318506371 steklo je: 18.262 redovnih dionica Izdavatelja, i nakon povećanja temeljnog kapitala njihov udio iznosi 16.38 %.
