In accordance with the provisions of the Capital Market Act, the Companies Act and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Ilirija d.d. Biograd na Moru (hereinafter: the Company) informs that on 25th June 2020 the telephone meeting of the Supervisory Board was held.
At the meeting held, the Supervisory Board gave a consent to the Management Board of the Company to conclude an Annex to the Long-Term Loan Agreements concluded with Erste & Steiermarkische Bank d.d. and to conclude the Loan Agreement current assets with Erste & Steiermarkische Bank d.d.
