In accordance with the provisions of the Capital Market Act and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby notify you that the Supervisory Board Meeting of the company Ilirija d.d. Biograd na Moru (hereinafter: the Company) was held on 15th May 2025.

At the aforementioned meeting, the Supervisory Board, inter alia, took note of the written statement submitted by Ilirija d.d. and the revised economic feasibility study for the Kornati marina, both prepared in response to the opinion of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Croatia regarding the draft decision on amendments and supplements to the Decision on the Concession of Maritime Domain for the Purpose of Commercial Use of the Special-Purpose Port - Nautical Tourism Port Kornati.
