In accordance with the provisions of the Capital Market Act and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Ilirija d.d., Tina Ujevića 7, Biograd na Moru, Tax No. OIB: 05951496767 (hereinatter: the Company) announces that on 26th February, 2025, a meeting of the Company's Management Board will be held at which decisions will be made on financial statements for the fourth quarter of the year 2024 (unaudited, unconsolidated), on the Annual Report and annual financial statements of the Company for the year 2024 (audited, unconsolidated), and about the proposal for the decision on the dividend payout.

The meeting of the Management Board will be followed by a meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Company, at which, among other things, the decisions will be made on the Annual Report and the annual financial statements of the Company for the year 2024 (audited, unconsolidated), and about the proposal for the decision on the dividend payout.
