Subject: Correction of the Notification of held meeting of the Supervisory Board of the company Ilirija d.d., given in the English language on 05th July 2017

Dear all,

On 05th July 2017, the Notification of Issuer ILIRIJA d.d. Biograd na Moru, Tina Ujevića 7, Tax No. OIB: 05951496767 (hereinafter referred to as: Issuer or Company) has been posted on the website of Zagrebačka burza d.d. (Zagreb Stock Exchange plc.) in the English language entitled "Notification of held meeting of the Supervisory Board of Ilirija d.d. - 05^th July 017".

In this way the Company notifies that the indicated Notification given in the English language contains an error made in the translation of the third paragraph of the original text of the Notification from the Croatian language in a way that it was erroneously indicated that Mr. Goran Medić has been elected as a member of the Supervisory Board of Ilirija d.d. instead as a President of the Supervisory Board of Ilirija d.d., which is correct.

Consequently, the Company submits this Correction and emphasizes that the third paragraph of the above Notification of held meeting of the Supervisory Board of the company Ilirija d.d. of $05^th$ July 2017 should read:

"Mr. Goran Medić from Zadar, residing at Ivo Senjanin 12/c, Tax No. OIB: 54770742757 was unanimously elected as a president of the Supervisory Board of the Company, who performed this duty in the previous term of office as well.

The same Notification in the Croatian language is correct and is not subject to correction.
