Re: Notification of held meeting of the Supervisory Board of the company Ilirija d.d.

In accordance with the provisions of the Capital Market Act, the Companies Act and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Ilirija d.d. Biograd na Moru (hereinafter: the Company) informs that on 08th December 2016 the telephone meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Company has been held.

At the meeting held, the Supervisory Meeting consented to concluding the Asset Purchase Agreement by the Company's Management Board, which asset is the Commercial and Shopping Center City Galleria in Zadar.
