In accordance with the provisions of the Capital Market Act, the Companies Act and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Ilirija d.d. Biograd na Moru (hereinafter: the Company) informs that on $27^th$ June 2016 the 97th telephone meeting of the Supervisory Board was held.

At the meeting, the Supervisory Board determined the full wording of the Memorandum of Association of Ilirija d.d. according to the Decision on Changes and Amendments to the Memorandum of Association of the Company made at the Ordinary General Meeting held on 10^th June 2016.

The full wording of the Memorandum of Association of Ilirija d.d. as of 10^th June 2016 has been adopted.
