In accordance with the provisions of the Capital Market Act, the Companies' Act and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Ilirija d.d. Biograd na Moru (hereinafter: the Company) informs that on 31st May 2016 the 96th telephone meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Company was held.
At the meeting held, the Supervisory Board gave consent to the Company's Management Board to conclude the Long-Term Loan Agreement with Erste & Steiermarkische Bank d.d. which loan is intended for refinancing the existing financial (credit) liabilities of the Company.
